- Minimum qualification in Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 1 year working experience in Customer Service Centre and /or banking industry.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding their eligibility for bank loans in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate and analyze customer's financial information and circumstances to determine their eligibility for housing loans.
- Clearly explain the process for applying for a housing loan, including any necessary documentation, timelines, and what to expect.
- Continuously update knowledge on all housing loan products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Ensure all interactions and transactions comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to management and contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer service.
