Assisting and work together with the manager to work towards achieving company's objective & KPI
Lead and supervise the customer service team in daily shipment handling while ensuring efficiency
Handle escalations and provide timely solutions for service issues.
Monitor and enforce SOP compliance, accuracy, and on-time delivery while ensuring compliance of statutory requirements.
Train, guide, and motivate the team to achieve service excellence.
Oversee operational cost while building and leading a cost-efficient customer service and operations team
Track KPIs and prepare service performance reports for management.
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders (management, customers, sales team, vendors and service partners) to enhance customer experience.
What we're looking for
Language Requirement : Bahasa Malaysia, English &
Mandarin speaking is a MUST due to role task.
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service in Freight Forwarding industry.
Proven experience in leading and motivating a young, dynamic team
A natural leader who inspires teamwork, motivates others, and support the growth of individual team members.
Background in logistics or freight forwarding is essential.
Strong knowledge of air and ocean freight procedures, regulatory compliance and documentation.
Excellent interpersonal abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible and committed -- willing to be on call during weekends if freight operations across regions need your support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with sound judgment in fast-paced and complex situations.
Proficient in industry-standard systems and digital tools that enhance freight forwarding and customer service operations.
