Job Description

We are looking for a reliable A Telemarketer, or Telesales Representative, is responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone to sell products or solicit donations. Their duties include tracking customer contact lists, explaining the benefits of their products and taking payment information. A Telemarketer\xe2\x80\x99s daily duties focus primarily on getting money from convincing the person they call to buy a product. The duties and responsibilities for a Telemarketer are: Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Delivering scripted talks that describe the company\xe2\x80\x99s products or services, a political talking point or charity appeal to persuade potential customers or donors \xe2\x80\xa2 Explaining products and product prices \xe2\x80\xa2 Answering customer information about products, a charity or political beliefs \xe2\x80\xa2 Obtaining customer information such as name and address for shipping products or delivering services \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future \xe2\x80\xa2 Following up on previous customers for potential sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining records of customer contacts \xe2\x80\xa2 Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides administrative assistance to the team \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure customers satisfied with the services provided Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as telemarketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge of MS Office and databases \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and people skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence \xe2\x80\xa2 High school diploma is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Average age 20 - 35 years \xe2\x80\xa2 Can works as a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduate welcome to apply Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations: To keep our staff as safe as possible, we\'ve provided masks, hand sanitizer & we keep follow the social distancing at workplace.
