Job Description


As a Customer Service/Sales Officer will play a key role in managing client inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales activities. Your primary duties include addressing customer concerns, processing orders, and promoting the company\'s products and services.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Process sales orders and maintain customer records.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Assist in preparing quotations and proposals.Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, or related fields.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
