Your Role You will be a part of the marketing team working across a range of varied and exciting brand projects, from our big bang national advertising campaigns, shopper activation plans, trade events through to building a standout brand experience across direct-to-consumer channels. Your role as a marketing executive is to be a pillar of support to the marketing function and drive the operational activities for South-east Asia (SEA) region. Your Key Task Strategise Annual Customer Marketing plan including channel/shopper job to be done, shopper activation support, budget requirements, key performance objectives Manage the rolling activity plan including promotions and continuously monitor the performance for the given category/channel with the full budget ownership Follow thru on monthly planned shopper activation to ensure adherence to guidelines, tracking of performance & evaluation Analysis of activities (market performance, competitor, ROI etc), to activate promo guideline or activity plan changes, create gap closing activities Collaborate with key account to develop Category Growth Strategy as part of JBP towards trade partners Manage mid-term rolling forecast, raise Total Trade Spend (TTS) Budget Develop, plan and track below the line new product launches and re-launches through the key account team (incl. managing run-out, trade selling stories) Coordinate timely communication of product and price changes to the trade Monitor market pricing and submission of monthly promo price guidance based on latest price activity Responsible for developing primary shelf merchandising guide for retail customers Responsible for maintenance of trade guidelines - ensuring prompt updates with latest information and timely communication roll-out Responsible for excellent in store shopper activation and communication, drive shopper insights into action in terms of POSM Generate weekly / monthly reports of category to the team Create and manage tracking files, documentations for shopper activation events Stakeholder Management and key interfaces Reporting to: Customer & Shopper Marketing Manager Internal Stakeholders: Customer Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Regulatory External Stakeholders: Distributor channel, printing agencies, suppliers, Customer buyers etc. Skills and Experience . Bachelor\'s Degree holder in Marketing or equivalent . Over 3 years\' experience in from a diverse FMCG / Start-Up environment . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Detail Oriented . Strong time-management and organisational skills . Proficient with Office 365 Kantar, and Euromonitor systems . Good project management and budget management skills . Good analytical skills .
