WE ARE LOOKING FOR Customer Centricity is AIA\'s key pillar in its business\'s income generation strategy particularly driving existing customer repurchase. Therefore, marketing initiatives will be put in place to enable the business to achieve its repurchase target and ultimately the financial goals. In this role, the individual will support the timely and efficient launches of new customer campaigns and offers via development, implementation and ongoing management of campaigns. Roles And Responsibilities 1. Campaign Management Providesupport to the team in ensuring timely and efficient launches of marketing campaigns within the set timelines Assist in performing data extraction. Assist in developing User Requirement specifications for AIA\'s various digital and internal platforms. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of systems prior to campaign launches. Prepare and document relevant materials, as well as compilation of comments/feedbacks from various stakeholders. 2. Analytics Assist in coordination with the Analytics Team to ensure rigorous monitoring and evaluation of customer campaigns and activities - in order to measure return of investment (ROI), prioritize resources, and enable continuous improvement in customer repurchase activities. Assist in performing data extraction, primarily using Excel, to manipulate large amount of data in order to perform data analysis, and then share analysis / insights / findings with the team. 3. Collaboration Work across departments (e.g. Agency, Finance, Operations, and Tech) and engage the right stakeholders to ensure successful campaign results. 4. Digital Adopt AIA marketing automation functionality, and understand how to leverage on the Company\'s app functionalities to deliver more effective marketing campaigns and strategies. Minimum Job Requirements A recognised Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or any related field of study. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, specifically in Excel. Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills. Good presentation skill and interpersonal skills.
