WE ARE LOOKING FOR This position is responsible for managing engagement of AIA\'s existing customers within the omnichannel framework and drive repurchase through the development of campaigns. Scope includes: . Drive adoption of My AIA for newly onboarded customers and ensure continuous engagement on the app/portal. . Drive My AIA logins amongst existing customers to improve monthly active users. . Promote the adoption of new features in My AIA app. . Conceptualize & develop marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve the above objectives. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and own marketing strategy to ensure that all identified customer journeys promote My AIA, where relevant. Create and manage campaigns and journeys while leveraging on marketing automation to promote My AIA app registrations and usage. Manage email campaign calendar an report email campaign performance to track effectiveness on a monthly basis. Ensure continuous improvement by developing & incorporating a repository of key learnings. Manage updates of highlight cards to feature latest offers or campaigns relevant for customers. Manage Rewards page on My AIA app, which includes working with Partnership Team to bring in new rewards to entice customers to login into the app, designing and publishing short surveys or quizzes in the My AIA app to collect information from customers. Develop user stories on new features in My AIA app that can increase customer engagement with the app and improve usage. Collaborate with the Brand, Digital, Corporate Communications, Analytics, CRM, Proposition, Agency Distribution and internal teams to develop and implement campaigns that are timely and targeted, as well as in line with our brand guidelines. Where possible, align the member communications with our ATL brand campaigns. Collaborate with Brand, Digital, IT, Operations and Agency Distribution to identify opportunities to improve My AIA adoption Work on special projects assigned that contributes towards My AIA adoptiom, such as but not limited to: (a) CRM and marketing automation, (b) Marketing communications required by Operations team, (c) Market research related to My AIA usage and adoption. Assist in coordination with the analytics team to ensure rigorous monitoring and evaluation of customer campaigns and activities - in order to measure campaign effectiveness, prioritize resources, and enable continuous improvement in nurturing and activation activities. Minimum Job Requirements: A degree in any field or its equivalent. Customer focused, action-oriented, organized with strong time-management skill. Prior database management experience. High familiarity with email marketing automation tool. Strong copywriting and copyediting skills. Strong analytical and data management aptitude. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Sound problem solving and decision-making skills. Highly motivated and energetic professional who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial, fast-growing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
