Role Description The Customer Succession Associate role is a full-time on-site position located in Kuala Lumpur. The primary responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer support, managing customer experience, providing customer service, and supporting sales and training efforts. Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for customers for all post-sales engagements. Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively educate and assist customers in maximizing their usage. Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive introduction to DeltaSpike\'s services. Reach out to customers regularly to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and provide updates on market/industry development and DeltaSpike\'s service features/enhancements. Discover new opportunities to assist the customer to be digitally empowered in operating their businesses and guide the Business Growth Team accordingly. Be a consultant for both project teams and customers to ensure the engagement is smooth. Periodic and continuous follow-up/update with/to customers on services deliverables/SLAs. Collaborate with the sales team to manage contract renewals, ensuring a high retention rate and customer loyalty. Encourage satisfied clients to become advocates, contributing to case studies, testimonials, and referrals. Periodic reporting to the CSM leadership on customer insights and market trends. Assist with the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures, and processes of Seller Services Be the champion for compliance-related project implementation. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or any relevant (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Self-motivated, attentive, and able to work autonomously with superior communication skills. Highly organized and able to multi-task. Demonstrate leadership qualities Previous experience in working in SaaS CSM platforms will be an added advantage.
