Take ownership for project management

As a Customer Success Director, you\'ll defining and delivering strategic and operational digital business plans to large NOC\xe2\x80\x99s and IOC\xe2\x80\x99s. You will be steering technical initiates delivered to Oil and Gas clients across upstream to downstream digital application scenarios.
As a Customer Success Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Expanding the BHC3 Digital business in the key regional APAC accounts.
  • Taking a sales focused approach to Customer Success to manage executive stakeholders in customer organization.
  • Understanding the customer value chain intimately representing \xe2\x80\x9cvoice of customer\xe2\x80\x9d in product development, service delivery, and product strategy.
  • Detecting and recognizing customer stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 organizational motivations, personal motivations, and barriers to digital transformation.
  • Being a catalyst for change to overcome barrier to business growth both within Baker Hughes and the customer.
  • Providing expert advice and thought leadership on innovative approaches to problem solving. Imparting strategic advice to the customer on innovative techniques, best practice, and opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Being accountable for the creation and iteration of the customer value charter and the tracking of value realization during implementation.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field; MSc or MBA preferred.
  • Have minimum of 20 years\xe2\x80\x99 engagement management and consulting experience with enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Have C-Level executive presence and excellent presentation, written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have demonstrated ability to navigate between the business and technical domains of a digital transformation initiative or project, providing leadership in both.
  • Be willing to work out of an office located in Malaysia.
  • Be able to travel up to 50% of the time, as required.
