Cargobase is looking for a Customer Success Executive (German Speaking) to help us realize our growth ambitions. The Cargobase Transportation Management System transforms how thousands of industry professionals worldwide process logistics. We help customers across many sectors, including automotive, semiconductors, electronics, and oil & gas, to improve their transportation management.

You will be responsible for delivering an extraordinary client experience, whether for a prospective, a new, or an existing customer of Cargobase. Your efforts will ensure that customers buy, adopt, embrace, and expand the use of the platform. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for self-motivated and hard-working individuals. Do you have a track record in Customer Service/Customer Success in Enterprise Sales in the logistics and/or SaaS space? We offer an exciting role in a fast-paced, successful, and fun SaaS company!

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support via live chat and Email
  
• Be the go-to resource for customer questions and platform enquiries
  
• Become a trusted subject matter expert on Cargobase features
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our product and technical teams to report, identify and troubleshoot customer queries
  
• Maintain our excellent service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Job Requirements

• 1-3 year work experience is preferred; we will consider fresh graduates
  
• Experience in 1 or several of the following: logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, and SaaS user support.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  
• Passion for consistently delivering great customer experience
