Working closely with the Customer Success Team and our Development Team, you will help us to provide world-class customer service support to our industry clients. You will be a self-starter, service-focussed, with an interest in technology solutions. Quick thinking skills and an ability to trouble-shoot will enable you to provide an unparalleled experience for our clients.Our clients are businesses too. They know what IT takes to succeed, and we help them to achieve their goals. A natural rapport with people helps, as does understanding our clients\' challenges and how technology will help them resolve these. The ability to \'get along\' with a wide variety of people will certainly help you succeed in this position.

  • Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
  • Ability to mentor/coach junior teammates
  • Excellent issue escalations and self-management skills
  • Ability to review, create and implement processes that can benefit the team operations
  • Fast learner, proactive, and positive in adapting to situations
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Understanding of RM systems
  • Experience in the customer service industry is helpful
  • Fresh graduates who are willing to learn and grow are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via chat, phone and email
  • Troubleshoot and solve customer queries independently
  • Gather customer\'s requirements and escalate to Engineers for further troubleshooting when required
  • Prompt and consistent follow-up with both customers and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved and closed
  • Ticket management via RM system
