Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric
Executive, Customer Success
to support targeted marketing initiatives that enhance the post-sale customer experience. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to plan and execute campaigns that increase customer engagement, adoption, retention, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the creation and execution of customer lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, product education, feature announcements, and renewal communications
Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to deliver personalized content and engagement strategies for different customer segments
Help manage email marketing, in-product messaging, webinars, and other campaign channels to drive customer value
Assist in developing campaign briefs, project timelines, and tracking documentation
Analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, NPS, retention, etc.) and contribute to post-campaign reports and recommendations
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling customer communications
Maintain customer marketing calendar and ensure alignment across touchpoints
Support advocacy and referral campaigns to grow customer voice programs (e.g., case studies, testimonials, reviews)
Help manage and update customer-facing resources (knowledge base, guides, newsletters, etc.)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese OR Thai is required to ensure effective communication with regional stakeholders.
1-2 years of marketing, account management, or customer success experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
Strong project coordination and communication skills
Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Click-up)
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into campaign improvements
Customer-first mindset with a passion for enhancing the customer journey
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
