Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Provide responsive support and resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
Collect customer feedback to identify service improvement areas.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools.
