A diploma or degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
At least one year of experience in IT or system administration
Knowledge of numerous OS platforms, with a focus on Windows
Experience performing onsite instals, deploying new equipment, and end-user training (Preferred)
Understanding of Azure management and administration (Preferred)
Thorough familiarity with the TCP/IP protocol suite, security architecture, and methods for protecting and hardening networks, databases, and applications (Preferred)
A winning attitude toward customer service, a passion for new technologies, quick learning, and independence
Responsibilities:
Configure hardware and software and set it up (remote & on-site)
Offer network, software, and hardware support
Case incident and account management
React to, identify, address, and handle queries, requests, and incidents.
Follow up until the problem is resolved, escalate the situation in accordance with the SOP, and give the client frequent updates.
Keep a case diary and records of any modifications or solutions.
Understand client requirement and help them in experience project
Any additional ad hoc tasks that are mandated or assigned
