Responsibilities
  • Handles customer enquiries (walked-in, phone, emails).

  • To ensure any concerns or related problems are handled in a timely manner and in accordance with the performance standards by telephone, electronically or in person.
  • Assist in ad-hoc documentation, duties, reports and projects.
  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the superior.
