  • With Customer Service experience is added advantage, but no experience also welcome (training provided).
  • Willing to work in Rotational Shifts.
  • 5 working day.
  • Willing relocate to Penang area.
TanggungjawabCheck to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers\' problems.
  • Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients.
  • Following process and procedure of the Company.
  • Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (inbound, outbound calls and email).
  • Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with client charter.
  • Pro-active support to customers to prevent damage to brand loyalty.
