We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as

Customer Support Associates

. This role involves handling verification calls, documentation, and ensuring accuracy in data processing.

Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Communicate effectively with clients and third parties to verify information. Provide accurate information and support to customer inquiries. Perform data entry, maintain records, and ensure accuracy of documentation. Follow up with customers to resolve issues or complete verification processes.
Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training provided). Good communication skills. Able to speak

Mandarin and English

(preferred). Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Benefits:
