We're Hiring: Customer Support Associate (Mandarin & English)
Join our team for the BPA StarHub Cable Project!
We're looking for 10 more Mandarin-speaking talents to handle customer service via phone.
Job Details:
Location: Ara Damansara (near LRT)
Intake Date: 8 October
Vacancies: 10 slots available
Salary: RM2,800 + Incentives up to RM500
Special Joining Bonus: Up to RM2,000
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM (rotation)
Project Type: Phone-based (StarHub Cable)
Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin & English Strong communication & customer service skills Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
Special Joining Bonus Terms & Conditions
Bonus applicable only for candidates who successfully join on 8 October intake. Must complete probation period to be eligible for full bonus payout. Bonus amount may vary depending on attendance & performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
