Customer Support Executive

Job Description


  • Support the coordination and management of the marketing team, ensuring smooth and efficient production and marketing of products.
  • Process invoices and coordinate shipment orders and communicate updates to customers as necessary.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, production, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Take responsibility for collecting outstanding sales debts and payments in accordance with the company\'s credit control policies.
  • Communicate with the internal Production Department regarding delivery arrangements.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to meet the company\'s annual marketing goals and budget.
  • Perform assigned duties and any other relevant tasks in different locations as needed by the company.
Responsibilities
  • Education : Degree/Diploma in Sales/Business or equivalent
  • Experience : 1 year related experience and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good written & spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fluent in writing and Excellent speaking in Mandarin. Key role requires candidate to support Corporate Clients & Suppliers from China and Oversea.
