Customer Support Executive - Digital Platform

Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru

Working Hours & Schedule:



Rotation shifts (day & evening) 6 days working per week

Requirements



Diploma or Degree holder Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Able to communicate clearly with customers

Job Responsibilities



Handle customer enquiries via inbound calls and support channels Assist platform users with service-related issues Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Provide support for daily operational activities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
