Responsibilities : - Manage inbound and outbound calls - Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer - Follow up with customer on pending documents - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies - Take the extra mile to engage customers Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Schedule:
