Tanggungjawab:We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to support food delivery vendors and end users through outbound calls. This role is ideal for a Mandarin speaker with strong communication skills and experience in customer service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to assist food delivery vendors and end users, providing excellent customer support.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Record and update call information accurately in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve the overall customer experience.
ManfaatJob Type: ContractContract length: 3 months.Pay: RM5,000.00 per month.Benefits:

Schedule:
  • Fixed shift.
  • Monday to Friday.
