WE'RE HIRING: CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (TECHNICAL)
Location:

Salary:
RM2,800 - RM3,300
Working Hours:
Shift between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Working Days:
6 days per week (includes weekends & public holidays)
Job Responsibilities:
Provide professional technical support to customers via phone, chat, or email.
Troubleshoot and resolve internet, mobile, or device-related issues.
Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Tech-savvy and passionate about helping customers.
