Job Description

Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat. Assist customers with product or service information. Handle complaints and provide effective solutions. Process orders, forms, and applications accurately. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: SPM/Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a team and under minimal supervision. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required. Prior experience in customer service is an advantage, but not necessary.

Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
