Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
Support after-sales service coordination and service request tracking.
Update customer records, service logs, and case statuses.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Prepare basic customer service reports and feedback summaries.
Perform other customer support-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree student in Business, Customer Service, Communications, or related fields.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn.
