Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our customers and our development team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' needs and concerns are communicated effectively, helping to maintain strong, positive relationships.

Responsibilities:



Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback. Communicate customer requirements and feedback to the development team. Coordinate and schedule meetings between customers and internal teams. Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation. Provide regular updates to customers on project status and any changes. Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues. Support the sales and marketing teams with insights from customer interactions.

Criteria :



Well-versed in Documentation Management :
Detail-oriented and organized in maintaining internal documentation.
Able to understand and update documents accurately for operational reference.

Proficient in Email Communication :
Comfortable handling both incoming and outgoing emails.
Familiar with common email tools/platforms and professional email etiquette.

Communication Adaptability :
Capable of distinguishing between formal and informal communication.
Knows when to apply the appropriate tone depending on the context (e.g., clients, internal teams, vendors).
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

Qualifications:



Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic understanding of IT and software development processes. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
