Kelayakan

  • Possess minimum SPM or higher.
  • Preferably with outspoken personality.
  • With Customer Service experience is added advantage
  • Computer Literate
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply too.
  • Willing to work in Shifts
Tanggungjawab
  • Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
  • Following process and procedure of the Company.
