Deliver fair outcome to our customers and ensure the quality of service in place
Actively share customer feedback to internal departments to improve the customer experience
Actively respond to the feedback received from the social medias
Work with internal teams to ensure the pre & post service for all products are in place
The Successful Applicant
With 2+ years hands on experience in customer service industry
Preferred candidate who has FinTech or Blockchain industry experience
Preferred candidate who can speak in Mandarin
Familiar with professional English e-mail writing
Ability to articulate issues / problems to internal departments
Knowledge on Blockchain would be an advantage
Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage
