Job Description


  • Responds to business enquiries and request from various platforms that company has presence in.
  • Deliver fast response and consistent service to maintain a close relationship with prospects/ customers.
  • To liaise effectively with internal departmens and business partners to resolve prospect\'s requirements where applicable
  • Assign potential prospects to dedicated Business Associates after business natures/profile analysis.
  • Data collection, analysism and improvement of CS Funnel via company CRM.
  • Act as customer complain touchpoint to acknowledge, create and track customers\' issue via company ERP.

Job Requirement
  • Possess at least SPM/ Diploma or Degree qualification or equivalents
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relationship-based position such as a customer support/ service role.
