Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails to support customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and general inquiries.
Provide prompt and accurate assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, escalating complex issues when required.
Process orders, exchanges, and returns while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Stay updated on product developments, promotions, and company policies to deliver effective support.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and enhance service quality.
Consistently meet performance targets and comply with service level agreements (SLAs).
Uphold the brand's professional image in all customer interactions.
Qualifications & Background
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within loyalty and rewards programs.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with customer service platforms, including live chat and email tools.
Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays, especially during peak periods.

Work schedule: 5 days per week on rotation (Monday to Sunday).
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
