Responsibilities
  • Providing customer service/ support via telephone, remote assistance and email
  • Handle incoming calls from end users and perform first level of troubleshooting
  • Handle software & hardware updates, installation and migration tasks
  • On-site system implementation
  • Conduct product training to end user
  • Involve in Ad Hoc Project
