Answering whatsapp messages from customer and potential customer in timely and quality manner
Assist customers in their queries about the treatment, pricing and appointment booking
Schedule and slot in customer's appointment
Communicate with branches on daily appointments
Communicate with the customers on their appointments (confirmation, reschedule, cancellation and etc)
Provide support to the customers as and when required
Other administrative task related to customer service
