Requirements

• Supporting Taiwan Market (Traditional Mandarin must be STRONG)
• Based in Sunway Visio Tower
• Work From Home opportunity might available after 3 months of probation subject to performance of the team
• Rotational Working hour 7am-11pm
• Mon-Sun (2 days rotational offdays)
• Omni channel : Live Chat, Outbound call, email
• 1 year and above TL experience (not necessary be BPO company experience)
• Education requirement : Diploma and above. If have BPO company experience can accept SPM
• Language Requirement: Must be able to speak, read and write in traditional mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of customer service agents, including scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, and conducting regular team meetings.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Handle escalated customer issues and complex inquiries, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.

• Support team members in resolving complex issues and provide coaching on best practices.
