You will be the face of our company, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our plant-based food offerings. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions to their concerns. Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a smooth ordering process. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our plant-based menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information to assist customers effectively. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary. Feedback Collection: Actively collect and document customer feedback and suggestions to help improve our services and products. Billing and Payments: Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment processing, and refunds, following company policies and procedures. Promotions and Marketing: Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and special offers to enhance customer retention. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in both English, Malay and Mandarin. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer support software.
