We create modern digital learning outputs with defined use cases and deliverables to meet targeted learning needs Role Overview: This associate-level professional will contribute to the development of training for Dell Technologies Services, their partners and customers. Courses in the curriculum will include both classroom (ILT and Online ILT) and self-paced (eLearning and Video ILT) training. Focused in developing expertise and skills in one or more disciplines of Dell Technologies Portfolio (End user computing devices, storage platforms, storage networking, server, networking, cloud, virtualization, business continuity, and/or emerging technologies) this individual will work within project teams to ensure that courses and assessments are technically accurate and relevant to the current field environment. In addition to developing both technology/product competence and training capabilities, this individual will need to be self-motivated and contribute in cross-functional, dynamic project environments.
