We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Customs Declaration Executive
to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of customs regulations, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for logistics, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our import/export processes!
What You'll Do:
Prepare and submit customs declarations for imports and exports.
Ensure compliance with all customs laws, regulations, and procedures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs tariffs and classifications.
Liaise with customs officials, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
Handle documentation for clearance, duties, and taxes.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely clearance.
Resolve any issues related to customs clearance and documentation.
What You Bring:
A diploma or degree in Logistics or Transport Management
Previous experience in customs declaration or logistics (preferred).
Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
