Overall job objectives:

To ensure the Company fulfill compliance requirements and acting as part of purchasing department.

Core responsibilities

:

1. Customs Clearance & Coordination

:

Liaise with forwarding agents to resolve customs clearance issues for incoming shipments by sea, air, or land. Provide accurate shipment information to the forwarder, including tax exemptions, tariff codes, and duty/SST exemption details. Address customs queries and prepare relevant supporting documents as required.

2. Reporting & Documentation

:

Prepare and submit customs reports (e.g., Lampiran K, SST Schedule C) periodically in accurate and timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customs documents for audit purposes.

3. Tax Exemption Management

:

Work with the Purchasing team to apply for duty and SST exemptions for new items. Monitor the approved quota of exemption and ensure timely re-applications and sufficient quota at all times.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Licensing

:

Oversee renewal of licenses and permits (e.g., MIDA, MTIB, Customs) within deadlines. Ensure compliance with government regulations by coordinating with relevant authorities and departments. Submit required declaration and documentation for waste disposal permit application and renewal.

5. Ad-hoc duties

Support purchasing department in transport arrangement for goods delivery/pickup Support purchasing department in the relevant document preparations and submission Support additional tasks as directed by the superior from time to time

Requirements:

At least Diploma in Logistic/Business Studies/Supply Chain or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in logisitic, custom clearance and supply chain management. ?Strong communication skill & attention to details. Storng organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple task and meet deadlines. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to fast pace environment. Candidate who can report to work immediately will be prioritized. Willing to work at office in Kapar, Klang.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
