Job Description

Responsibilities:

Run Custom forms to and back from Customs office. Submit and attend Customs for OGA/LMW/Dutiable and Non-dutiable shipment assessment for all K1/K2 & K8 form. Able to handle any perishable shipments e:g Fruit and Sea food products. Ensure to count the number of forms taken out to Customs office for assessment. Ensure all the forms are assessed by the Customs officer on duty. Must be able to answer if queried by Customs. Conduct psychical examination requirement by Customs with full integrity. Handle walk-in SF Express customers for queries that are related to Customs Uplift/Duty amount or other issues related to their shipment hold shipment/dispute. Arrange the shipment using Bonded Truck or Seal Box. Prepare a daily manual report for management assessment & database. Resolve issues pertaining Customs (Hanging Document or Custom Query). To do other tasks as assigned by Superior and Management.

Job requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Logistics. Hands-on knowledge in Custom Clearance Process-Customs Runner. Experience in Custom Declaration Process will be advantages. Have Customs Broker Agent License. Able to work on shift, Public Holidays and odd hours.

Working hours (shift based)

Monday to Friday

8.30am to 5.30pm (morning shift) 1pm to 10pm (afternoon shift) 10pm to next day 7am (night shift)

Saturday/Sunday

8.30am to 1.00pm (morning shift) 1.00pm to 5.30pm (afternoon shift) 12.00am to next day 4.30am (night shift)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
