Customs Declaration (Operation Runner)

Responsibilities:

Submit customs documents (K1, K2, K3, K9) at

Wisma Westport

and

Northport

Attend container inspections with

Customs, MAQIS, Health Department

, and

Pharmacy Department

Liaise with authority officers to resolve clearance issues and obtain necessary approvals Assist in stock deductions related to

MIDA exemption

at Westport and Northport Support

loading and unloading

of shipments as needed Perform dispatch duties such as collecting IID and sending invoices Monitor shipment activities during loading/unloading at port locations Handle

K8 shipment sealing

and ensure proper endorsement of K8 forms Submit

ROC (Release of Cargo)

documentation when required

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years

of working experience in customs clearance or logistics operations Familiar with port procedures and submission of customs documents Ability to communicate and coordinate with customs officers and other government agencies Physically fit and

willing to work at port locations

(Northport and Westport) Possess own transport or valid driving license (preferred) Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
