Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Min 5 years experience in Cyber Security area. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with other Regional OT (Operational Technology) Security Engineers to ensure consistency across the organization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be a partner for the DRBU Leadership Team to quickly address the needs of the markets (cyber risk assessments, trainings, incidents) \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure key Information Security initiatives are implemented. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle OT deployments, Cyber Hygiene / vulnerability management, awareness campaigns, risk management, and incident communication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain security expertise in Manufacturing Operational Technology. \xe2\x80\xa2 This role may act as program/project managers, architects, or managers of project or support teams based on current assignment. Accountabilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Deployment of OT security projects within region. \xe2\x80\xa2 First point of contact for OT security needs for region. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver aligned cyber security KPIs in designated region. Coordinate and execute actions needed to meet targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Translate business requirements to relevant Information Security offerings and organize delivery in region. \xe2\x80\xa2 Risk assessments and advisory for OT projects within region. \xe2\x80\xa2 Management of cyber risk of the OT environment within region. Job Requirement: General: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written. Experience Required: \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth understanding of IT and OT environments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to translate technical language into readily understandable language for business users. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with and understanding of information security management, technologies, architecture, and audits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience managing and communicating with business partners on different levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience assessing cyber risks of projects, vendors, and technologies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work in a high stress and demanding work environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plans and delivers enterprise level and targeted communications that meet project and stakeholder needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Serves as program manager for large, strategic initiatives ensuring delivery of business case objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides oversight or leads enterprise-level projects and programs, including multiple service providers and employees with a diverse set of deliverables. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates IT Project Management discipline, delivering business benefits on time, within scope and within budget. \xe2\x80\xa2 Defines project scope and objectives, explores alternative solutions, ensures technical feasibility, and manages risk conforming to RAI enterprise risk management (ERM) guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of security aspects related to networking, application development, OT environment, incident response, and 3rd party vendor management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding cloud and SaaS configuration management and risk reduction (focus on Azure and AWS) and how to protect and detect potential threats in those environments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to think clearly, prioritise and make decisions under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates industry acumen and end-to-end RAI business process knowledge. \xe2\x80\xa2 Project Management experience in security or IT/OT. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains awareness of complex emerging technologies and communicates value/impact for the enterprise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides knowledge transfer and feedback to assist in the development of others.
