Cyber threats continue to grow and represent one of the most serious operational risks facing modern organizations especially in Oil & Gas sector. The development of ICT Security Blueprint is essential for PIC in order to address the unique characteristics of Oil & Gas sector that can be used to : Strengthen cybersecurity capabilities in PIC Enable PIC to effectively and consistently evaluate and benchmark cybersecurity capabilities Share knowledge, best practices and relevant references within the subsector and other OPU as a means to improve cybersecurity capabilities Enable PIC to prioritize actions and investments to improve cybersecurity Therefore, PIC require Cyber Security Consultant to develop and deliver a cyber-security strategy and associated blueprints to establish a security framework with the requirements below : Knowledge in ICT Security standards used in Oil & Gas industry Familiar with safety procedures in the Oil & Gas Industry Knowledge in IT Security Strategy and Governance Knowledge in IT/OT and IoT Security Knowledge in Infrastructure Security Knowledge in Information Risk Management Knowledge in SIEM solution Experience: Minimum 5 - 8 years relevant experience
