Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks across multiple concurrent initiatives. Ensure alignment with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls. Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and non-technical teams. Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and third-party solution integration. Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. 8-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3-5 years in cybersecurity-related projects. Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains: threat management, data protection, IAM, cloud security. Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required. Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) preferred. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models. Ability to translate complex security concepts into actionable business plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proven track record of delivering large-scale security programs in enterprise environments.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM17,000.00 per month
