Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Security Policies:

Create and enforce comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the airline's digital infrastructure.

2. Risk Assessment and Management:

Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate risks.

3. Incident Response:

Manage and coordinate responses to cybersecurity incidents, including investigations and corrective actions.

4. Security Awareness and Training:

Develop and conduct training programs to enhance cybersecurity awareness among employees.

5. Compliance:

Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.

6. System Monitoring and Maintenance:

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of cybersecurity systems and software.

7. Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments and external partners to ensure a cohesive approach to cybersecurity.

8. Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the airline's security posture.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Systems / Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to interact with vendors, team members, and top management.

Based in KL, but willing to travel within ASEAN Region.

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.

Highly self-motivated

Analytical and problem-solving abilities is a MUST.

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
