Job Description

:As the manager you will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Cyber Security Analysts located in a remote region
• Execute information security strategy and roadmap
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in cyber security tools, techniques, and threats
• Work closely with leadership and external partners on security matters, relaying updates from the corporate office to the remote team
• Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential
• Other duties as assigned by organization leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in information security, with 2+ years of management experience
• Knowledge of various cyber security frameworks (NIST, ISO27001, CIS Critical Security Controls, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with flexibility and adaptability to make decisions quickly, a desire to make an immediate contribution and possession of a distinct sense of urgency
• Ability to bridge communication between remote region and corporate office
• Apply an \xe2\x80\x9cautomation first\xe2\x80\x9d mindset to reduce manual efforts
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a standout colleague
• Collaborate with other teams to provide Security best practices
• Experience with scripting languages such as Powershell and Python
• Strong troubleshooting skills and an ability to diagnose problems across multiple disciplines
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline methodologies, Github or similar, AWS, Azure, Splunk, Okta

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Ability to "think out of the box"
• Strong ability to handle dynamic environments with multiple changing priorities, where prioritization and time management are necessary tools
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
