Job Description
Job Responsibility Assist customers by providing advice on health issues, nutrition, food preparation, and healthy dietary plans, responding to customer queries. Support the Sales & Marketing team by providing detailed product knowledge, conducting nutritional training, and briefings. Create marketing materials, including short videos on health knowledge. Follow up and service on the existing customer database to maintain relationship. Cross-sell other products of the company, customizing solutions based on customer needs. Provide one-on-one health guidance and education to customers, enhancing their health awareness and knowledge. Job Requirements Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Technology/Science, or equivalent with excellent Nutrition Consultation Skills. Mandarin speaking ability is required.
