Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY Remuneration : Basic RM4,000 - RM6,000 (based on experience & qualification)with statutory contribution + Insurance + Leave benefits WHO CAN APPLY Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology-related field or equivalent experience required Minimum 3 years of experience as Data Analyst and/or Solution Center environment Experience in creating SOPs, procedure and support workflow is an added advantage for this role Experience on chatbot and/or any NLP solutions is desirable but not necessary Expertise in the following: Windows 10 operating systems, desktop and laptop hardware peripherals, Microsoft Office 2016 & 365, Windows base software's. Working knowledge of server operating system & hardware preferred Knowledge of telecommunications and network systems tools High proficiency to read, write and speak in English Able to work in shift environment, 24x7 including public holiday JOB TASK : analyze user(s) feedback within Automation tool as inputs to create, manage & optimize AI Chatbot articles. to work closely with L1 Service Desk team and other functional DT teams to optimize the data flow from raw data into data marts for the Automation tool. review the accuracy and availability of AI Chatbot article is relevant for use responsible for ensuring that the Automation product is executed flawlessly and continuously optimized and extended to maximize success.
