We are looking for a detail-oriented

Data Administration Executive

to support our team with accurate data insights and reliable reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills and solid proficiency in Google Sheets, including the ability to apply formulas for data analysis. The ideal candidate is confident working with numbers and can manage data efficiently to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and maintain data from multiple internal sources to support daily operations and performance tracking.

- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated tracking systems using Google Sheets and Excel.

- Create complex formulas, data models, and performance metrics for real-time monitoring.

- Ensure data accuracy by continuously reviewing, cleaning, and validating information.

- Contribute ideas to improve reporting efficiency, data structure, and workflow automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Analysis, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Fluent in

Mandarin

and

English

(spoken and written).

- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and the ability to apply formulas for analysis.

- Comfortable working with complex, sometimes messy data, and finding meaningful stories within.

- Experienced in managing large datasets and building scalable reporting processes is a plus.

- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
