Job Description

:

1. Power BI Data Analytics & Dashboard Enhancement

Clean, organize, and optimize datasets such as sales, inventory, and purchasing data. Develop or improve Power BI dashboards to enhance business insights and visibility. Support enhancements to data models and automated data refresh workflows. Build visualization dashboards to help the sales team access product and inventory information efficiently.
2. AI Tools Application & Business Process Optimization

Explore and test AI tools to evaluate their potential use in business operations (e.g., automated quotation extraction, product data extraction, data cleaning automation). Assist in developing internal AI SOPs for document management, CRM assistance, and Power BI data preparation. Use AI tools to support workflow automation, including classification, information extraction, and data validation. Provide suggestions and insights to help the company improve efficiency and reduce repetitive work through AI adoption.
3. Product Categorization & Internal Database Structuring

Systematically categorize and organize product information for tapes, films, foams, and other industrial materials. Build and maintain a Product Category Master List for easy reference across departments. Organize supplier quotations, technical data sheets, and specification documents into a structured internal knowledge base. Support CRM data cleanup and ensure proper product classification.
4. IT Support & Digitalization Projects

Assist in Excel automation, internal form development, and process improvement. Help maintain and update the company website, SharePoint sites, and internal file structures. Provide basic IT support, including troubleshooting, system access management, and file organization. Support management in digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives.
Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business IT, Software Engineering, or related fields. Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data cleaning). Basic understanding of Power BI or SQL is an advantage. Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital workflow improvement. Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to explore new tools and technologies. Basic English communication skills.
