Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Data Analysis Engineer for ATE test data analysis to validate silicon circuit designs. The ideal candidate should have strong product engineering background with silicon debugging and problem-solving experience; and have good communication and report writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Data analysis and manipulation using yield tools such as Excel, Yield Explorer or other data analysis tools. Investigating/debugging of silicon issues in embedded memory test chips working with cross-functional teams Summarizing test results and writing comprehensive silicon validation reports
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, or in semiconductor product engineering Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Working knowledge and hands-on experience with semiconductor process yield or process improvement role. Experience with data analysis and statistical process control tools Critical thinking, good communication and collaboration skills Device physics and semiconductor circuit knowledge are a plus

Pay: RM3,350.93 - RM8,420.87 per month
