The Data Analyst is responsible to transform raw data into actionable insights across our business, by actively develop, and work with, digital data solutions, supporting our business to take effective decisions.
Your assignment
We are looking for a proactive digital native who is passionate about data solutions, with user experience and business effectiveness top of mind, and shares our overall vision of ?creating a better everyday life for the many people?. As a Data Analyst, you take on a regional responsibilities, striving to achieve accomplishments within tight timelines. A snapshot of your responsibilities:
Deliver actionable data insights through effective data preparation, data management and data processing, as well as data visualization.
Develop, manage and deliver data analytics solutions including standardised reports and its accurate documentation (requirement, use cases, variable list, functional and technical specifications, user manuals and training), aligning with business partners and stakeholders.
Drive data-driven decision making across the business, supporting digital and data transformation and new ways of working.
Identify solution enhancements and new opportunities through actionable insights and technology / business trends.
Work closely to, and collaborate with, data engineers, business partners, stakeholders, IT, external vendors, developing long-term relationships and excellent products, actively support digital transformation journey.
Qualification Your profile
As a Data Analyst, you are inspired by opportunities in digital and information technology to enable, transform and break new grounds in data capabilities. You:
Have broad business understanding, through having at least 3 years of experience working with data and analytics. Preferably in a fast-paced Retail and Shopping Centre industry.
Demonstrate knowledge of end-to-end data and analytics solutions, with strong focus on multi-dimensional concepts.
Have good knowledge of business analytics methodologies, including requirement gathering and testing. Proficient in various data querying, modelling, analytics, and visualisation tools. Knowledge in SQL, data warehouse, Qlik Sense is preferred.
Have excellent analytical and planning skills, with a drive for result and optimization.
Are curious, meticulous, flexible with a positive attitude and equipped with strong learning initiative, problem solving and communication skill.
